Wednesday 25 January 2017, 6pm at Ashby School (for out of catchment students)
At Ashby School, it is important that prospective students and their parents feel happy and well-informed about the choices they are making.
All Year 9 students and parents are invited to an open evening in September (a year before they are due to start in Year 10) where they will be given an introduction to the standards and opportunities they can expect at Ashby.

Induction for new students takes place during three days in July.
Parents attend an evening meeting during these three days to discuss student progress and what happens next.
Induction booklets are issued to Year 9 students by their high schools before they visit Ashby School in July for their three-day induction programme.
It is important that students bring the booklet to all three induction days, along with parental/carers' signatures on the Home School Agreement.
