Ski Trip is Certainly No Last Resort
05 Mar 2018
More than 50 students spent their February half term on the slopes of New Hampshire, USA, on the school's annual ski trip.
The 58 students stayed for two days at the Loon ski resort, followed by three days at the Cannon ski resort, both in the heart of the scenic Western White Mountains.
A daily five hours of skiing was followed by evening activities including skating, bowling and a visit to the biggest amusement arcade in the world. There was also a night of team challenges and entertainment organised by teachers Mr Mycroft and Mr Wickwar.
On their return journey, the party stopped off for 24 hours in New York for a whirlwind tour of the city which included a trip up the Empire State Building, a boat ride around the Statue of Liberty, a visit to Ground Zero and shopping in Times Square.
