Lifting the Lid on…
Well Done Awards (WDAs)
Well Done Awards are given to students of all abilities for effort and achievement.
To encourage students to work hard and behave well, WDAs are also counted as House Points, bumping up a student's points total – as well as that of their House.
The system of WDAs helps staff to track student effort in the curriculum.
Year 11 WDAs are collated up until the end of April and are handed out at the students' last full House assembly in May.
Year 11 Successmaker awards for English and Mathematics are presented at the same assembly.
