Exam Results and Information
Exam results at Ashby School are consistently high.
In 2019, 70 per cent of students achieved passes at grades 9 - 4 in maths and English - this was above the national average. This was the first year that GCSEs in all subjects were graded 9 - 1, in accordance with the Government's new grading system.
At post-16, the A level pass rate in 2019 was 98 per cent. Forty three per cent of passes were at top grades A* to B. The majoroity of students applying to university successfully gained a place at their first choice institution, including three who accepted places at Oxford.
