WisePay

We are a cashless site, with the exception of charity events, and so all students use their ID cards to access the school’s cashless catering system.

For convenience, parents can top up their child’s account using our online payment facility, WisePay. WisePay can also be used to pay for school uniform, basic school equipment, resources and school trips.

WisePay is easy to use and gives parents the freedom to make payments at their convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. WisePay accepts all major credit cards and debits cards. All card payments are secure and adhere to the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

All new parents are given a username and password for the WisePay system, along with instructions on how to change their password. For parents with two or more children in the school, instructions on how to merge multiple accounts are provided below.

The Frequently Asked Questions document answers most queries regarding WisePay. However, the school is happy to deal with any further queries or to advise anyone having difficultly using WisePay. Parents can email the school’s Wisepay administrator at: wisepay@ashbyschool.org.uk

Please note, school meets the transaction costs for Wisepay and, as such, we have a minimum top-up amount of £15. This is equivalent to five £3 meal deals a week.

We now have a card machine on our Sixth Form site so Sixth form students can pay directly for catering and other costs.

If a consent form has been completed and your child missed the vaccine in school, we will text you about a 2nd opportunity, this will be via a Community Clinic.

If you missed completing a Flu consent form but would like your child to receive the vaccine, we can still arrange it. Please contact the School Aged Immunisation on tel. 0300 3000 007. We will then email you information about a catch-up session at our Community Clinics.

**Please be aware that local pharmacies are not offering free flu vaccines to school aged children this year**
